PARKING GARAGE RENOVATION/

Modern seals and coatings made of flexible PMMA resins are a seal and road surface in one. They are only about 5 mm thick and weigh 12 kg/m² and can almost always be applied to old surfaces such as concrete and asphalt (and also metal, plastic, glass, etc.).
BALCONY / TERRACE
Flaking concrete, cracks in the walls or peeling paint are easily recognizable signs of persistent moisture in the building structure. If no action is taken, often underestimated visual defects can quickly lead to massive damage to the building.
To prevent this type of moisture damage, professional sealing is required. With our various, tried-and-tested systems, we repair already damaged material and thus protect the building structure for the long term.
STAIR RENOVATION
In order to avoid signs of wear and damage to concrete surfaces, timely treatment is essential. We therefore recommend using our surface protection during new construction to ensure value retention
In the case of existing damage, we also offer renovation solutions in which damaged concrete is restored and then sealed. By seamlessly applying liquid plastics on site, we effectively protect the building structure and extend its lifespan.
HORIZONTAL LOCK
In order to effectively and permanently prevent damage caused by rising damp, we use the horizontal barrier in the injection process. The alkali silicate is injected using a low-pressure process
In this way, the entire stone is saturated with the material and forms the new horizontal barrier.
A horizontal barrier can also be used as a minimum measure to protect your ground floor from rising damp.
INTERNAL SEALING
The walls in the basement are damp, the plaster is coming off the walls: the problem is that often over the years, moisture from the ground outside has penetrated into the building structure.
Walls can also be sealed from the inside using a mineral sealing slurry and renovation plaster. This way we can ensure that moisture does not penetrate from the outside.
EXTERNAL SEALING
Excavation work is essential to ensure reliable external waterproofing. Our comprehensive service package offers you a stress-free solution by using a high-quality two-component bitumen thick coating with a fabric insert.
Through this method we ensure that the masonry remains dry in the long term, thus offering you a permanent solution to your waterproofing needs.
